Please stop spreading misinformation. On the off-chance that any new players read this that aren't familiar with Zal's...unique perspective on the game and wonder if his statement is true, it's not. Very little gets moderated on these forums. There are some posted rules which are sometimes invoked if things get out of control. This was communicated to Zal earlier this year, but evidently disregarded:
