Yes I know, I ask a lot of questions ahah. but im just curious again.
Will there be more ranks in a clan like in bots2? because i just find that with only 5 possible ranks, the required energy goals for a promotion will be either very far apart, or not high enough, and it wont challenge the clan members enough.

I would like to see more ranks as well. In Bots2 there was a difference between members and leaders, but now, everyone has a rank by default. And since only the owner can hold the top rank, Bots4 has two ranks less than Bots2.

Maybe I'll add some more, I don't know. Keep in mind clans are 5 times smaller in bots4 as they were in bots2 though.

That's true. But like i said, i think it's important members can have a 'career' in a clan. The current number of ranks doesn't provide that many steps up.

Rank 5 - owner, only one spot available
Rank 4 - most trusted leaders - equal permissions to Rank 5
Rank 3 - second promotion
Rank 2 - first promotion
Rank 1 - default, no permissions

So that's only 2 promotions to work with to reward members for loyalty and achievements.

What would help; if more people could be promoted to the highest rank. Because the permissions of rank 5 and 4 will almost always be equal. But yea, 1 or 2 more ranks would do the trick as well :)

I'd rather add more ranks than change the semantics of top rank/clan ownership.

Actually if you include the owner then there are 6 ranks. Correct? Or is the 5 ranks the owner and 4 others?

Just wondering why the clans are so small at only 20 members? Whats the reasoning behind that?

Thanks. Then there are actually only 4 ranks? If you change the owner to something else then you lose it forever? Thats the way it was in Bots 2. If you wanted to get the (original) owner (title) back you had to pay floR to do it. In other words he wouldn't bother to answer you if you didn't. lol

You can switch the owners around as you want now.

Top rank = owner.

The main idea behind capping clan members at 20 is to promote competition.

and i like the competition. i hated there only being a certain amount of clans who could actually win every month or be in the top 5. with this cap at 20 it allows for any clan to suprise you and enter the top 5 or possibly win
